Fully remote UK + EMEAYou will be responsible for the following:1.
The implementation of the Payroll System2.facilitation of requirements
gathering, process design, managing vendor system configuration,
testing, and go-live3.
The primary point of contact between client and payroll vendors to
lead the country payroll systems implementation 4.
Plan and schedule implementation timelines and milestones using
appropriate tools; track milestones and deliverables to ensure
successful execution5.
Design the payroll solution along with applicable gap analysis and
customization requirements6.
Collaborate with payroll vendors to document requirements

_REQUIREMENTS_ & Qualifications:
* University Degree
* Must have experience in defining payroll requirements and
implementing payroll systems modules
* Experience executing at least one full-scale payroll system
implementation
* Knowledge of the technical aspects of software implementations such
as system integration or report writing
* Prior experience supporting end-to-end payroll implementation
* Prior experience working on a cross functional delivery
* Facilitate the development of test scenarios/scripts, participate in
test execution, results assessment and issue identification
* Strong functional knowledge of regional payroll operations:
* Understanding of complexities of the regional payroll regulatory
environment and the implications on payroll systems
* Understanding payroll systems and downstream impacts
